Fix please: Disabling f.lux for fullscreen apps removes any current ICC profiles I use for my screen.

It should absolutely keep them - we try to load the profile exactly for "disable". What are you seeing?

Does Alt+End from the desktop do the same thing? (They are using the exact same code.)
Some fullscreen apps may not respect color profiles at all, but it sounds like this isn't what you're seeing.

@herf Okay I did some more research, and the game I tried was Overwatch. When I put the "disable when using Overwatch application" the icc profile works! So that solves it for me. Also, Alt + End doesn't take the ICC profile off when i am on desktop. But for now it looks like the ICC profile is working if I just disable flux individually from the flux settings.
