lifting laptop lid causes flash between daytime & nighttime screen color/temperature
-
when laptop lid is closed at night without going into standby or sleep, then reopened, the screen temperature first shows the daylight temperature then after 5 seconds corrects to the nighttime temperature. kinda harsh on the eyes.
is there anyway to automatically correct to the nighttime temperature? or maybe force the screen to stay black until the nighttime temperature is displayed? the delay increased from 2 seconds to 5 seconds in one of the more recent updates (don't know which one).

This is a really really old driver, btw - I might try to update it first.
But I will say the f.lux benchmark is not nearly that good on the newer drivers...(I miss 2011 apparently)
