Software cursor invisible in fullscreen applications

Since upgrading to f.lux 4 and enabling "software mouse cursor", whenever I use a fullscreen program (like a game on Steam) the cursor becomes invisible. I can't see it in the Steam overlay or in-game (unless the game has a custom cursor). The mouse still works, but I can only figure out where it is by when icons and links light up when hovered over.

This seems only to happen for certain apps - so we made "fullscreen disable" also return the cursor to normal as a start.
I can look at it again, but it seemed too extreme to turn the cursor white for every fullscreen app, when it only affects some.
