Doing screengrabs with Flux on is a bit of a bother as the background always turns out really orange. It would be a neat feature to either have Flux turn off for screengrabs OR or have a shortcut key to turn flux off for a few seconds while the screengrab happens.

Also you can reboot after expanding your color range (f.lux may have prompted you a few times by now to do this), and it will also fix the problem.
But we might try to disable f.lux in this mode if nobody else has taken over prtscn by then.
