F.lux not applying on second monitor!

I recently installed f.lux on my computer which has a second, Dell monitor, but the program only works on the primary monitor, and not the secondary one. The first monitor is an HP monitor, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
I would appreciate any suggestions as to what I can try tin order to make f.lux apply to both screens!

@clafen The important info with this feedback would be the graphics card. The monitors themselves are not an issue except for color nuances.

Usually this means you are using a USB-based docking station (DisplayLink). We have some support now for this in Windows 10 (newer versions), but not in older OSes.
