Transitions are still very choppy when main window isn't in focus

If the main f.lux window is in focus, then transitions are smooth. If it's not in focus, then transitions are very choppy.

Now it's only choppy when the f.lux window is closed. Inch by inch, f.lux keeps getting better and better. I don't care about anything negative that some people might say about it, this is the best version so far.
