F.lux disabling when i go to full screen apps
-
Hi. My problem is f.lux is disabling whenever I go full screen on something - whether it be watching youtube fullscreen or playing a game. It's annoying because it irritates my eyes switching between the warm and cold colours. However it's not an instant change, if flux is set to slowly change the brightness when I go fullscreen the warm colours will persist for a few seconds as they change, so it's not because it's being over rode by the app. How can I disable this so it's always on the colours I want?

Turn off the setting in the f.lux menu that is called "Disable for full screen apps".

Wow I feel stupid. I don't know how I missed that before, thanks.

@twocables What if that setting is off, but I still have this problem? Windows 10 (just switched from Windows 7, where I didn't have this problem).

Since Windows 10 was upgraded to 1903 the behaviour is totally borked.
When Alt-Tabbing between Desktop and a fullscreen app f.lux switches between on and off - without transition at all, brutally.
Sometimes it stays like that, sometimes a mouse click inside the fullscreen app helps to suddenly pop back to "normal" (in this case f.lux'ed).
Sometimes only another Alt-Tab and another Alt-Tab helps. -
Wow I have the same issue since I downloaded the last version, I find it incredible how easy it is to fix it then, I thought it was a software bug, thank you all the same.
