v.4.28 - F.lux is disabling on its own for random things

I tried out the new disabling feature and disabled it for one game. Now F.lux is disabling "something (doesn't actually say)" at random times or is disabling for Lockapp (don't remember the full name) when the computer comes out of hibernation.
It is really annoying having it give a notification every once in a while saying its disabling something when it shouldn't be doing anything except when that one game is started.
