Improvements for disabling f.lux for selected programs (sw)

Thank you for this feature which came with v4. Anyway it needs some improvements - now it is quite useless if you run anything in fullscreen (when you go alt+tab -> you cannot disable flux for this app, it is not shown in the context menu). You can disable only if it runs in windowed mode.
This needs to be improved to extend this for fullscreen apps

Thanks - we are trying to show the "last two" apps in the disable menu. So the goal is to show the "last fullscreen" app and then the app you alt-tabbed to. See if this works?
We may instead do a hotkey for this case to make it easier (maybe alt-shift-End to complement alt-End) but then it would only work if you learned the hotkey.
