Mouse cursor disappears when using f.lux for most fullscreen apps.

Hello.
For a while now, I've been forced to use borderless fullscreen because f.lux seems to bug out my mouse cursor. I've tried multiple stuff to try to fix it. But for now the only workaround is to disable f.lux.
Here is the problem shown in action (for some reason, OBS doesn't seem to show that glitch, So i'll give screenshots from what I see in my screens):
I meant to type on the second image: "What I see on my other screen, which shows the games screen mirrored using OBS" -
@Reycko if you look in f.lux options, is the "Software mouse cursor..." option checked? If so, try unchecking it.
