Does flux reduce screen flickering?

as long as i know f.lux affects screen color and brightness
but I can't find anything in the software description about screen backlight flickering reduction
is it supported on flux? -
No. It's not possible to reduce it with software.

Many people dim using f.lux's software dimming (using full backlight brightness). So you get less contrast but less flicker this way. Alt+PgDn does this.
