Power button won't work

I recently purchased a an HP Slim Desktop S01-af0xxx and downloaded f.lux and now the power off button at the bottom left of the screen won't work. We have to turn off the computer manually with the button on the CPU each night. I have Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 installed on 4/10/21.
