High cpu usage 4.118

Hello! I have high cpu usage from this app. Its usage always about 20-30%.
Is it ok?

4.119 - still huge usage.
But just got new pc and on this build [pc] f.lux not using much cpu, not at all.

Guess it just not optimized for old hardware.
