New AMD card, f.lux doesn't work at all

I love f.lux! My old video card failed. Since installing the new one, f.lux has done absolutely nothing. It simply does not change the color display at all no matter how I configure it. I have even tried v3 to no avail.
My setup...
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Video Card: AMD Radeon™ RX 5500 XT
Drivers: Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)I do use the oldest drivers because for whatever reason, a few of the newer versions, including the newest version, do not run 3D graphics properly. Regardless, none of them seem to be compatible with f.lux. I just tried about 4 different drivers.
I understand that the Radeon Software control panel has its own color settings to change. I have disabled the Custom Color feature, as well as everything else I could see that might interfere with f.lux.Is there any hope for me to get f.lux working on this machine? Please help. Thanks for reading.

I expect that since Windows 7 reached end of support over a year ago, we'll have more drivers that are effectively untested.
If you can't move to Windows 10, I would keep shuffling drivers to see what happens. I guess you could also get an older GPU that has solid Win7 drivers also (in case you could return this one).
