Feature Requests (Hue static IP + "sleep late" for Windows)

Hi, I wanted to put down a couple feature requests for the Windows version (currently on Win 7 f.lux 4.111)

The ability to input the IP of our Hue bridge in f.lux (this is useful for example if your bridge is in a different network or multicast traffic is being filtered).

The ability to select which Hue lights to use (I believe this used to be a setting if I'm not mistaken)

The ability to set a different wake up time for weekends (I think the OS X version has "sleep in" and "up late" features? Something like that would be great as well)
