Constantly being removed from start-up

When I install f.lux to my Windows machine it automatically gets added to my start-up program list but the next time I boot my machine it has been removed from the start-up. I keep having to keep reinstalling the program to get it re-listed on start-up for it only to disappear soon after. Anyone else having this issue/ know a way to fix this?

Same problem. Gets removed from task manager startup list.
Have you tried putting the flux shortcut on the "startup" folder manually?
