Color temp adjust doesn't change below 3200K, can't adjust brightness, reinstall fixes

Occasionally flux stops working properly. The color temp slider works down to 3200K but anything below that doesn't change what I see on the screen. Likewise the brightness does not adjust (I see the popup and the % change).
Reinstalling flux seems to temporarily fix the issue. Not a terrible workaround but also a bit annoying.

18932 seems to be the July 3 insider build (so it's 3mo old if I've got it right?) Are you seeing this on newer ones like 18970?
