F.lux won't work on new Asus PC

I've used F.lux on a number of other PCs and have had no issues at all. I just purchased a new Asus PC and downloaded/installed F.lux but the screen will not tint. My eyes are burning. Not sure what to do..

Usually this is due to video drivers - try updating drivers, or post f.lux options > driver info here.
