Color correction work with f.lux
-
I just installed f.lux due to eyestrain problems (eyes getting red and itchy after much computer use) but am very concerned that it will interfere with the color correction work I do occasionally. (Among other activities, I teach Photoshop and do photo editing, with an emphasis on color correction).
For accuracy in color correction, do I need to turn off f.lux when I do color correction work?
Is there any easy way to keep turning it on and off I go to color correct a photo in Photoshop, return to Word, work on a photo in Photoshop etc. I'm often going back and forth between programs and need color accuracy when in Photoshop.Thank you in advance for any replies.

Not sure why nobody replied to this. Yes, it will interfere with color correction work. Have Photoshop open, then right click the f.lux tray icon, click Disable > when using Photoshop. The option might be in a different spot in older versions so make sure you're up to date.
