Exact opposite color filter - making screen brighter for use outdoors?

I'm looking for the exact opposite of this product. Windows offers color filters for reversing colors. When working outdoors, I keep finding myself switching back and forth between that filter and normal mode (depending on if i'm looking at white on black or black on white. ) - I'm searching for an app that allows the color spectrum to be the most visible - can this product do this?
