F.lux resets to wrong calibration profile when I exit the program

So, basically, whenever I exit f.lux it resets to the wrong calibration profile, and ignores the one I have chosen in the windows screen colour settings, I have used x-rite1 to create a .icc colour profile, but it is ignored and I have to manually choose it again after exitting the program every day, any suggestions to what I can do to fix this?

Is the profile installed in the "Color Management" control panel?
