Flux not enabled or visible in Guest account

Awesome software. However, it is only active in my Admin account.

I always use my guest account for day-to-day activities, and installed Flux from that account by accepting the request to elevate privileges for the purpose.
However, flux does not run unless I Iog into my admin account first, and the switch to guest. If I log out of admin, that is still ok - although I cannot see, let alone adjust the program in guest, it just works - but if the laptop goes into suspend or sleep, I lose flux and have to go back into admin to let it restart. Bit of a bind really. Win7 Home.
