Disabled/reenables anytime anything changes

Like, if i plug my mouse in, flux turns off and on again. unplug it? same. Power cord? yup, on and off. If i click the network thing to change what wifi im using? time to be blinded! (temporarily). This is insanely annoying, how do I stop this?

Same thing has happened to me. I just got the latest "updates" W10. It is very frustrating.

Yes there is a new bug in Windows 10 - we are working on a (difficult) workaround and have reported it to Microsoft.

The beta update has a workaround:
