how use f.lux for only one screen ?

how use f.lux for only one screen ? just that BUT i'm french can you explain me with simple step or word thx

We know that some people have screens they only use for one thing ever (like an external TV), but we tried instead to make things work if you occasionally watch a movie on your second screen and sometimes read email.

I'm on a Mac, but I'd also like to see this. If I'm watching a movie or doing something in Photoshop on one screen, I still want to f.lux to be active for the other one.
