Disable notifications for disabled/fullscreen apps

Could you PLEASE add an option to disable notifications for the disabled apps?
Now every time I switch between fullscreen apps or apps I separately disabled flux for and regular apps it displays a very annoying notification. I work with many apps and I know which are fullscreen or which I've already disabled flux for so I really don't need to be reminded about that.
It is also annoying that I receive these notifications during the day when flux makes absolutely no difference.
Anyway thanks for the great app, it is really an excellent piece of software.
