Multi-monitor trouble while disabling for fullscreen aps

Hello,
I've noticed problem, while working with few monitors. When I choose option disable for fullscreen apps, it restores 'original' colours only when fullscreen app is running on main monitor, so when I run fullscreen app on my 2nd monitor, well, the option does not work.
The other thing I'd like to ask about; is there any possibility that f.lux could restore colours only on monitor/monitors running fullscreen apps?

Can you try the latest version on the website and see if it helps? There are some fixes there.
