Location Won't Change

So I've tried a couple of the suggested fixes I've seen but they haven't helped. It's frustrating because the location f.lux has chosen is at least hour behind my actual timezone.

I've tried inputting my city and the nearest major city several times, both by name and by coordinates, but every time I hit OK it reverts to the original setting. The map finds the locations and it all seems to be working but it doesn't "stick" when I click out. I'm really hoping there's something simple I'm missing because I have no idea why this keeps happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
