Untinted White Keeps Coming Back
-
First ran into this problem a couple weeks ago: after an update, the screen color is adjusted for every color except pure white, which remains pure white. Text boxes, the address bar, and the background of this page is white, while everything else is tinted yellow. We talked about it in this thread: (https://forum.justgetflux.com/topic/4127/colors-wrongly-applied-in-build-16362-fix-update-nvidia-driver) and the fix was determined to be to update Nvidia drivers.
Since then, the issue has returned several times. Every time, I update the Nvidia drivers to fix the issue for a couple more days, until it returns. Again I find myself tonight re-installing my Nvidia drivers. My question is, will I have to keep on doing this? It seems excessive to have to reinstall Nvidia drivers every couple of days, so maybe something else is going wrong?

It sounds to me like Windows Update is replacing the driver you're installing with a Microsoft NVIDIA driver, and apparently it's a bad driver. So, watch for this update and hide it. Don't let Windows Update install updates automatically for now.
If you don't have the ability to do this, then use this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930
Here's the direct download of the tool in the article above: http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagcab
This should give you the ability to hide updates that you no longer want, such as all driver updates.
