Add option? - Reduce Eyestrain when running in full-screen only

For us folks who don't want to have the "Reduce Eyestrain" option on all the time, but would rather have it enabled when playing games in full-screen (When eyestrain occurs more rapidly - From continuous movements from the game, blue light, etc.).
Can this be an option?

Yes we need "disable less" in a whole lot of cases....still trying to figure out a way to say how much.
