Bug: Time is not displayed properly.

It is not displayed correctly time of the "my earliest wake time."

My computer:
Windows 10 (v. 1703) Japanese

I live in the United States.

That is strange - which country/locale are you in? We do not do enough testing in other countries...

I have this problem too!
I live in Taiwan using Windows 10 Pro Traditional Chinese x64.
When I press UP 4 times "7" changes to "6".
And location also have a "?" each number.

Are the two characters before similar to AM/PM?

Looks like AM is "?W??", and PM is "?U??".
Also it is always show :30 at the end whatever the time is.
