i'd like to have my time setting fixed to sunset

hi all, I am a new user of the f.lux who's using it in aisa. I'm new to this app.
I find this app very helpful to keep my eyes healthy.
I let you know that my english's bad in advance. so, please have patience to read my post.
I am having just one problem to set the time always sunset.
I tried to find an option to fix the time but i did not find any.
every morning when the screen become brighter I change the location of the app to manually adjust it to the lowest brightness(1200k)
anyone else who knows how to fix it?
i wanna stop the time :(((

Which operating system are you asking about? You should be able to fix it to sunset using Classic f.lux on the Mac and it defaults to sunset on the PC. Just make sure your location and timezone are correct. You can find your coordinates in the app preferences, or right here: https://justgetflux.com/map.html

Why not instead just use a lower display brightness using the Surface Pro 3's display brightness control? Combine that with 2700K.
By the way, 1200K isn't dimmer, it's warmer. The appearance of being dimmer is an illusion because there's almost no blue light being emitted.

@TwoCables it is really a pain in the neck to adjust the Surface Pro 3 brightness! Also, it's not entirely wrong to say it's dimmer, since less total light is being emitted. A light meter light photographers use normally looks at green light, so a f.luxed screen would be measurably dimmer even with the backlight on full, if that makes sense. @joon are you finding that it's not changing color at sunset like you expect? Tell me more about what is going wrong.

Oh, I hadn't even considered that.
Here's what joon is saying:
He/she wants to have the ability to choose 1200K after sunrise. As it is right now, the only way that he/she can do this is by changing his/her Location so that f.lux says that it's after sunset and still before sunrise. He/she wants 1200K when he/she turns his/her computer on in the morning, even though it's after sunrise.

@TwoCables oh thank you, I'm sorry @joon for misreading your post. So you want 1200K all day? Would darkroom be a good workaround for you?

Yeah, Joon wants to stop time dead in its tracks. Every morning at sunrise, Joon has to change the location so that f.lux goes back to saying that it's still Nighttime. Right now though, I think you're right that an easier solution would be to switch to Darkroom Mode, even though this kind of inverts everything with just red and black.
I'm with Joon on this one though: I'd much rather be able to choose any color temperature any time I want because sometimes I go to bed before sunset and sometimes I go to bed shortly after sunrise. However, I admit that I have reached a point where I can make my Location change in about 5 seconds.
