Recently f.lux stop recognizing city names, so i need help. I live in Samara, Russia. And i have no idea how to make things work back again. Location by number is pretty obnoxious.

Try entering 53.2, 50.1 in the location box.

What I like to do is, I go to Google Maps and I zoom in on my house. Then, I right-click it. From this menu, I choose "What's here?" This gives me the latitude and longitude. I click it where it appears on the upper-left (under the search box) and then these coordinates appear in the search box. At this point, I just copy the entire coordinates and paste them into f.lux and click OK and I'm done. ;)

That is a good idea! You can also use the page at https://justgetflux.com/map.html to find your location - the API we use is external and sometimes there are problems...

Tell me for both of you, which operating system you're using? There is definitely a problem in there, we will fix it as soon as we find it (and update).

@lorna Kay, i'm out. C'ya tomorrow if you need some information from me.
Aslo can you do something with FPS HUUUGE drops when f.lux changing "light" or whatever you call that "k"? Kelvins. Whatever. I should start new topic, i guess. With all respect still- your app is great. Ignore my mood.

It's "color temperature", and yeah the "K" stands for Kelvin.

@asdasgwe look for an update to your video drivers - that usually fixes most of the frame dropping problems, you can post back your GPU and driver info here if you need any help.

I've found an easy way to list GPU data on Windows.
Direct X Diagnostics does an amazing job of getting this info, maybe you could start recommending it for people that aren't sure what they have.
Start > type dxdiag and enter.
                                  Choose Yes!

Some computers have an onboard "Nvidia" graphics, however the hell that's supposed to work!
