Third shift settings

i reallllly need someone to tell me these settings can be used in reverse please help. I'm a third shift worker so I need the settings to work backwards or someone to help me change the location setting so I can make it think I'm on the other side of the world. This app would be soooo great and I know my fellow third shifters would love it if it worked for us to

Open f.lux settings, hold the CTRL key, and slide one back (one of them is locked but holding control, I think night can be made higher than day).
Pull day all the way down, hold CTRL, pull night up to your preference.
