Now I switched to a newer Asus VP228HE monitor. The new monitor is more brighter and blue. f.lux with recommended colors doesn't look as yellowish as my old monitor. Does the difference between my old and new monitor affect my sleep patterns? Should I adjust the recommended colors, and if so to what?</p>

Instead of 1am, I'm now turning off my screens and heading to bed around 10pm these days.</p>
