I find it's sometimes helpful to do this if my eyes are feeling the strain of a couple of days of particularly heavy screen use.

I can get close to what I want with the Pg Up / Down thing, but it doesn't take me straight to what I want. also I'm on a laptop where Pg Up / Down is on the standard arrow keys, so I get the Pg function by using the Windows key. But Alt-Shift-Win is a bit of a fiddle.

An option on the right click menu would be a reasonable solution, or the option to set a hotkey.

And .. if this already exists, please, where is it, because I've looked hard and can't find it.
