Photo & Video Editing on Android and severe pain in eyes!

Hi there,
I suffer from eye-pain issue from the time I started exploring in the field of computer. Actually I have started learning graphics designing for which I need to do photo and video editing. I use android applications like picsart photo & video editor and inshot video editor on my android phone but my eyes starts feeling pain after a few hours.
The only problem is, what should I do to make my eyes feel less pain. Anyone else facing the same problem? After how much gap should I can use computer/mobile for editing?
Otherwise, I'm thinking maybe a screen protector could help, has anyone had success with this? I'd say this is my biggest trouble with editing photos so any help would be really appreciated.
