<![CDATA[Screen brightness won't go back to normal, help!]]>During the day, I want F.lux to return my screen to normal. But quitting the program does not work. It still leaves my screen dimmer than normal, which I can't do anything about except reboot my computer.

And yes, as per what Ive read elsewhere here, I already have the "automatic brightness" setting in my Mac setting set to off. Anybody knows how to fix this?

Im using MAc OS MOhave 10.14.6 and f.lux v. 40.1

We only adjust the brightness of the backlight ever when you use "dim on disable" - perhaps you can uncheck that, just in case?
