How do you prevent sunrise from turning off your dimming?

I want my dimming to stay at X percent but sunrise comes and BOOM FULL BRIGHTNESS.
How do you prevent this?

We usually recommend finding a more permanent way to dim in this case, like changing your monitor brightness settings. We will provide better tools for it in the future.
