I have a late 2016 15" MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, and Flux had been working fine. However, I unplugged my charging cable and the screen started flashing blue and artifacts started appearing. This persists through rebooting. However, the issue immediately resolves itself when I disable flux. Night Shift does not cause these problems. However, other redshifting apps such as Iris do also cause this.
