I cannot look at a screen for very long, so cannot do a lot of research or figuring out.  Could someone tell me how to set up f.lux so that I always block that blue light?  Thanks!</p>

I expect you to prefer color temperatures that are no higher than maybe 3000 to 3500K. The lower the number, the less blue light there is.</p>
<p dir="auto">Do the same during the night.</p>
