      Is anyone else seeing chromatic aberration (color fringing) on certain text (e.g., in the right-click menu) when f.lux is active? The fonts also look blurrier, as if ClearType is turned on.

        Do you know if Cleartype is on? It's possible we should turn it off sometimes....

          I did mention that ClearType is off.

          The problem seems to be limited to non-standard resolutions and display frequencies (e.g. 1080i, 24 Hz). Maybe it has more to do with my display (LG OLED) than f.lux itself...

            Is it like a TV with some on-board processing?
            Some of them enhance contrast and edges in ways that might affect this.

              All of that is turned off. Being that the problem doesn't seem to manifest at my normal working resolution/refresh rate (1080p/60Hz), I guess it is nothing to really worry about.

                I am also experiencing the same problem so I don't think it's your display's fault
