Every time I turn on f.lux (both with autorun and executing it), the monitor starts blinking between yellow-ish color and normal one for like a minute (dropping the fps a lot as well), and when it stops f.lux isn't working yet, it comes back to normal and only when I click on the icon in the task bar does it start to work properly.
Have had this problem since I upgrated
