Flux makes screen look washed out
-
Like the title says. I know that flux is responsible because the screen looks fine on the windows logon screen and shortly afterwards, and as soon as flux starts it's like a white wash has been applied. Flux then slowly starts changing the colour temperature.
Currently, I'm using "SunsetScreen" which changes the colour temp without doing whatever it is flux does that makes my contrast horrible. I'm still posting here because I would like to use flux as it does a good job of knowing when sunrise/sunset is.
Looking forward to knowing how to turn this off. Thanks

We are hearing about a washed-out color profile from LG that is causing this issue. We aren't really sure why they're doing this, but removing the profile (details below) has fixed other people with this issue.
