What I was wondering was what bulb best supports the circadian darkness (1200k) lighting and will it go up to 9300k lighting. please give me recommendations on what I can use</p>

<p dir="auto">However, we adjust the color and RGB bulbs outside this range, so the "color" bulbs do a wider range with f.lux.</p>
