f.lux vs Windows 10 Night light?

So with the creators update, microsoft introduced a feature called night light, which basically tries to do what f.lux does. I have never used f.lux previously, but seeing the night light setting got me interested in blue light and reducing it. What I am wondering is if night light is as good at reducing the blue-green light as f.lux is, I know apple introduced a similar feature some time ago that I read is much worse at reducing the blue than f.lux, and was hoping there was a similar test done for night light.
