Indoor office settings

I work in an interior office space with no windows and only flourecscent lighting. What are the correct f.lux settings for me. I am guessing that they should be static settings that do not change over the course of the day, yes? Thanks, Raj

There are no correct settings. You just use what you want to use. There really aren't any rules to this. Computer monitors are nowhere near being bright enough to really matter. Just use what you like the most.
