      Setup:
      Windows 10 Pro x64 1703
      NVIDIA GeoForce GTX 660
2 Asus display panels (VE205T & VE198T) attached via DVI

f.lux does not work (change the colors) on my second monitor. Is there something I have to enable to have it manage my second monitor too?

Ok, maybe it is managing my second monitor. The second one is just brighter/bluer. When I exit f.lux they both get brighter/bluer(?). When f.lux is not running, they both look to be the same brightness and color to my eyes. But when f.lux is running, the second monitor (VE198T) definitely looks brighter and more blue / less orange. I eyeball it by spanning a white window across the two monitors. Is that just the way it's going to be?
