Vignette mode only works on one monitor?

I'm on Win 7 and Vignette mode only works on one monitor, my primary monitor. Whereas other colour effects work on all monitors.

Yes we know - it was stretching across both before, which was worse.
Not decided yet what to do - multiple vignettes doesn't look so hot either.

@herf Is it possible to replicate the effect for each monitor? I think that would be a good way to do it, unless you have fancier ideas.
