Can I turn off the notifications - disabled on Stellarium getting message everytime I switch to it?
Can all notification be turned off, if not is needed! Thanks

@leegb11 To restate, you have f.lux disabled for Stellarium but it's still sending messages? You can turn off the bedtime reminder ones but it turns them all off.

We can use less intrusive ones if they are in the way, or only show them once!

Ta- f.lux menu
- "Options (and Smart Lighting)..."
- Disable "Backwards alarm clock"

Thanks done that one but dont stop the disabled message on switching to Stellarium is not a big deal! Just a thought for later.

ThanksIt wasn't supposed to. That's just for stopping the Windows Balloon notification telling you that you'll be waking up in 'x' hours. That's why it's called a backwards alarm clock.

Guessed that was only replying to this !F.lux doesn't have a way to control the upper-right corner notification.

Maybe a option to turn em off then? Have only one disabled program so far and is bugging me - big bottom right notification on Win10.
-
Yes, we will show them only infrequently.
I will say that one of our top complaints on the Mac (where we did this first) is that people do not know why apps are disabled (they think f.lux is just not working), so we have to be a little bit noticeable about it.

Makes sort of sense for sure - do many disable a program and forget, are reasons to disable some? Rather than just disable for a while?
Still think you could sink the option in ! A big reset button may help as well.
Anyway works well Thanks -
@leegb11 I think they try it out and don't realize what happened - maybe confirming the first time is even more important.

for sure a warning when a disabled program opened makes sense - but not on every maximize
