Can't install it at Windows 10, please help!

I download it from f.lux website, when I click the .exe program, it immediately showed that "error launching installer". Does anyone know what's the reason for this issue and how can I fix it? Thanks!!

@poppy What web browser are you using to open the downloaded file? Also are you downloading to a folder like "downloads" or desktop, that you have full access to?

@Tungsten_smooth Hi , I used Chrome to download the file. And I downloaded it to a "download " folder. Any thoughts?

@poppy Not yet--are you opening the file by clicking it at the bottom of the screen, (in chrome) or navigating to the downloads folder and accessing it? I don't think it should be any different, but what I think would be the best thing to do is open your folder and hold SHIFT + Del to permanently delete your f.lux download file and just re-download.

@Tungsten_smooth Hi, I did used SHIFT+DEL to permanently delete the download file and then re-download it. However, the error message still showed up.... the issue still exists I think
